Italy – part V: sorrento

Sorrento was our home-base for nearly a week. We stayed in a cabin that was surrounded by olive trees and went on day trips to Capri, Positano (the scooter day), and Mount Vesuvio. Sorrento is famous for it’s lemons, so between our little trips we enjoyed delicious iced lemonade and limoncello. And of course, more pizza.

This is the view of sorrento from the campground

The coast is made up of rock cliffs, so this “beach” is actually made out of docks that you can just jump off and climb back up onto with ladders.

That lemon grove looks so amazing! Well, all of this does. You look gorgeous in the pic with your sunnies on. :)
